I love to bake, It's something that I've enjoyed doing since I was a young child. Baking is something that I do most often during the cooler season's and for the winter Holiday's. Below I share with your our favorite Chocolate chip cookie recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
This year we will be using Pompeian Grapeseed Oil for our Holiday baking. Pompeian Grapeseed Oil Spray is a light, all-natural cooking spray made from 100% grapeseed oil imported from France. Pompeian Grapeseed Oil Spray can be used whether you are stir-frying, grilling, sautéing or baking.
Chocolate Chip Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb 7 oz butter
- 15 oz sugar
- 2 lb 3oz Flour
- 11 oz brown sugar
- 4 Tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 4 tsb vanilla extract
- 2 lb 3 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- Spray a non-stick pan with Pompeian Grapeseed Oil.
- Blend together the butter and sugars until smooth
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated. On low speed, mix in dry ingredients and add chocolate chips until well mixed.
- I suggest refrigerating dough for about 1-2 hours.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
