Breath Cleaner with FRAM FreshBreeze Cabin Air Filters

Do you know that your car has a cabin filter? Because I didn't until I heard of FRAM FreshBreeze cabin air filters. I knew our cars had air filters under the engine but I had no clue about cabin air filters. What are cabin air filters for? Cabin air filters help filter out road dust and pollen that flows through your car's air-conditioning, heating and ventilation system.

Living in South Texas, I've never met so many people who suffer from seasonal allergies. We often have high counts of pollen and it's obvious with everyone's sneezes and sniffles. Growing up in Los Angles, California, I never suffered from seasonal allergies. Now living in San Antonio, I do suffer from them mildly but my parents and fiancee suffer from them pretty badly since moving here. My 22 month-old Maddox has developed some seasonal allergies as well. Living in an area such as ours, it's important to switch out our cabin air filters as often as needed to keep everyone as comfortable and happy as possible.

FRAM FreshBreeze cabin air filters are made with ARM & HAMMER to help absorb odors that pass through the filters for a #FresherCar experience. San Antonio is very humid and the build up of moister causes for some stinky air to flow though our air vents in the car. Trust me, it can get pretty stinky.

I had gone to Framfreshbreeze.com to see if they made cabin filters for my car. The site was very simple to use, I just answered a few questions and was given the model number for the product that would fit my car along with a video on how to replace my filter. Once I found what I needed. I headed down to Walmart and picked up my filter for my car.

My cabin air filter was located behind my glove box, which I learned from watching the video on the FRAM FreshBreeze website. My old filter was gross, I purchased my car last year, it's 5 years old and has 70,000 miles on it so who knows when the last time that filter was changed. It's recommended that you change your filter every 15,000 miles or so. The filter was very easy to replace., no tools necessary.

I'm glad I now know about my cabin filter and how often to replace it. I'm sure it will make a better driving experience for my family and I during allergy season.
