The Holiday's are here and it's time for Holiday parties and get together with family and great friends. I love baking during the Holiday's and making sweet treats for everyone to enjoy. Who doesn't love a delicious a Christmas dessert recipe?

These Holiday treats are a fun and easy recipe that the kid's will love to help you create. My daughter was such a great little helper, she loved making these treats for the family.

I headed to Walmart the other day to grab a few must have ingredients from Kraft for my delicious Holiday recipes.  I picked up some Cherry flavored Jell-O and Cool Whip for my Jell-O cup desserts and Jet-Puffed Marshmallows and Bakers white chocolate.

Rice Krispy Pops

  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  •  Bakers White Chocolate
  • Festive sprinkles
  • Pop sticks
  1. In a large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour melted marshmallows over cereal. Mix until well blended.
  3. Using wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Place in the fridge to cool. Cut into squares.
  4. Insert the pop sticks into your Rice Krispie squares and place in the freezer for a few minutes (This will prevent the marshmallows from melting and breaking apart when placing the warm chocolate coating)
  5. While your Rice Krispies are in the freezer. Melt your chocolate as directed on the box.
  6. Coat your Rice Krispies with melted chocolate and add sprinkles. Place coated treats in the fridge to help set the chocolate.

These Holiday Krispy Pops are so fun, festive and delicious. They make for a perfect Holiday party dessert. They're a huge hit with the kid's.

Holiday Jell-O Cups

  • Cherry Jell-O
  • Cool Whip
  1. Make Jell-O as directed on the box and pour mix into jars about 1/4 of the jar. Leave remainder of the Jell-O mix in a bowl. Place jars and bowl in the fridge to cool.
  2. Add a scoop full of Cool Whip to jars than add Jell-O from the bowl.
  3. Top with Cool Whip

These Jell-O Treats are perfect for on the go desserts. Prepare ahead of time and bring them along to your Holiday parties.

I hope you enjoy these sweet treats. Happy Holidays!
