{This is a compensated campaign in collaboration with JOHNSON’S NO MORE TANGLES and Latina Bloggers Connect.}

Emma lee's loves having long hair that she can have fun trying new hair styles with. It's important that we take good care of her hair so it's healthy, shiny and easy to manage. We use JOHNSON’S NO MORE TANGLES line of hair care products because it's formulated with hair conditioners that gently moisturize as they cleanse, to nourish hair as it grows.

To keep Emma lee's hair soft, tangle-free and healthy, We use a three-step regimen for maintaining healthy-looking and nourished hair.
  • Step 1: JOHNSON’S NO MORE TANGLES Shampoo & Conditioner leaves hair beautiful and easy to manage. Paraben-free,phthalate-free and triclosan-free.
  • Step 2: JOHNSON’S NO MORE TANGLES Leave In Conditioner controls wild frizz and tangles for silky, shiny hair. Conditioners help her hair stay smooth and strong to help prevent breakage.
  • Step 3: JOHNSON’S NO MORE TANGLES Detangling Spray instantly unlocks stubborn knots in wet or dry hair. Helps to lubricate hair,helping it stay strong so it will break less.

To begin the one-sided parted french-braid, I prep her hair with JOHNSON’S NO MORE TANGLES Detangling Spray to get all the knots out and to help condition her hair. I then part her hair into 4-parts, you can either part down the middle or a side part. Since we do a side part everyday, we chose not to do a split down the middle.

You do a basic french braid straight down and work it behind her ears unless she no longer has hair to work with. Emma lee's hair is cut in layers, so we were unable to get a thick braid all the way down the side.

She loved this sided french-braid and jazzed it up with a few of her hair accessories.
