This Red Wine & Honey Baked Chicken is a perfect dish to serve for any occasion. Very simple to make, very little prep time and taste amazing! Red Wine & Honey Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Red Wine (preferably Merlot)
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 6 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 3 Cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6-9 Chicken Drumsticks
  • Dash of pepper for taste


Instructions:
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Place chicken and marinade mix in a plastic bag or bowl and place in the fridge for a few hours or over night to allow chicken to marinate.
  • Bake chicken at 425 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Turn chicken over half way through baking. 
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes.
