The NEW Blueberry Cheerios from Walmart are making quite the impression as the newest permanent addition to Cheerios line-up! I have had these for breakfast almost every day and it's safe to say I'm hooked! Blueberry cheerios are not only the perfect way to start your day, they make for a great snack, too! When the kids were toddlers, they often snacked on Cheerios, it was the perfect little snack for their little fingers. I wanted to celebrate the new addition to the Cheerios family with a Blueberry Cheerios Treat Clusters recipe.

Whether you offer your little ones a bowl of dry, easy to grab finger food or prepare a tasty after school snack, the NEW Blueberry Cheerios are a great way to combine goodness with tastiness. Pour a bowl of milk, combine with other ingredients in a trail mix, make some granola bars or add them to yogurt for a fun & healthy bite to eat. Grab a box of Blueberry Cheerios at Walmart along with your other grocery items.

The bright blue O’s are colored with real blueberry puree and filled with natural flavors and ingredients. With whole grain oats listed as the first ingredient and a bold gluten free label right on the front of the box, it’s easy to know that this typical breakfast cereal offers a great option for any meal or snack time!

Now that the kids are a bit older I wanted to use the NEW Blueberry Cheerios to create a little afternoon snack. I made these Blueberry Cheerios Treat Clusters with a few simple ingredients and steps.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of Blueberry Cheerios
  • 5 tablespoons of butter
  • 8 cups of mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, over medium-low heat, melt butter.
  2. Add 6 cups of marshmallows to melted butter and stir until butter and marshmallows are well mixed and melted.
  3. Remove pot from heat and add Blueberry Cheerios. Once well mixed, add remaining marshmallows.
  4. Allow the mix to cool down before trying to roll them into balls. If the mix is too warm, your clusters will fall apart.
  5. Allow to completely cool.

This recipe is so easy and tasty! Head to Walmart to pick up a box (or three) of these delicious Blueberry Cheerios!
