Movie Date Night With Daily's Cocktail's & Wholly Guacamole {Giveaway}

The other night Trey and I had a movie date night at home to get #RedCarpetReady for the 2013 Oscars. We don't get to get out much and catch a movie so we haven't seen any of the big nominees. I did get the chance to see Les Misérables and thought it was a great movie with wonderful performances from the actors. We rented Ted, a nominee for "Best Music: Original Song"

Together we cooked a delicious meal that included a seared steak and veggies. After dinner we put the kids to bed and got our DAILY'S cocktails and Wholly Guacamole ready for the movie.

I went to Walmart and purchased a few packs for DAILY'S cocktails in Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri and Frozen Lemonade. We shared the Margarita and Strawberry Daiquiri and I thought the Margarita tasted awesome and I'm a huge fan of Margaritas but my favorite was the strawberry daiquiri, it was very sweet. We had never tried DAILY'S before and we were very impressed with the taste of the cocktails and how simple it was to serve. Just put the DAILY'S Cocktails in the freezer for a few hours than serve when ready.

We both love Wholly Guacamole and Wholly Salsa. For our date night we served up Wholly Salsa in Red Pepper Mango and Guacamole & Spicy Pico. The Red Pepper tasted very sweet and went perfectly with the sweet taste of the strawberry daiquiri cocktail. The Guacamole & Spicy Pico had a real kick to it, it was definitely spicy and I loved it.

It was nice having some alone adult time together. I wasn't very impressed with the movie but Trey seemed to enjoy it.
