Ultimate Breakfast Club Sandwich

The Ultimate Breakfast Club Sandwich is toasted bread, egg, cheese, ham, avocado and bacon stacked on top of each other. I make this sandwich on a regular basis, I love it. It's easy to make and so delicious. 


Ingredients:
  • 3 slices of toasted bread
  • Fried egg
  • Cheese
  • Ham
  • Avocado
  • Bacon 



Instructions:
    Lightly grease frying pan and crack egg, cook over medium heat until bottom is cooked, then flip egg over to cook the other side. Once egg is cooked to your liking (fully cooked, slightly runny, runny), top with cheese and ham and continue to cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Place egg, cheese and ham on toasted bread. Top with toasted bread, slices of avocado and bacon.
