Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas
Serves 10
Ingredients:
1 pound of boneless chicken
1 bottle of Herdez Tomatillo Verde Mexican Cooking Sauces
10 corn tortillas
1 cup of shredded cheese
2 cups of verde enchilada sauce
Instructions:
- In a frying pan, cook chicken and Herdez Tomatillo Verde Mexican Cooking Sauces until cooked.
- Build your enchiladas with the flavored shredded chicken and cheese.
- Pour 1 cup of enchilada sauce in a baking dish and place enchiladas on the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and use remaining cheese to place on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15, until cheese is melted.
