Is Your Child A Picky Eater?

{I have been compensated by PediaSure for this post; however, I am sharing my own thoughts. All opinions are my own}

Do you have a young picky eater in your household? Maybe you're like me and have two picky eaters that you need to provide meals for. And if you're situation is anything like mine then you also worry about your children not getting enough vitamins and nutrients in their daily diet. Many of us try to get creative with our meals and try to sneak in those nutrients without It being so obvious and sometimes that works, until it doesn't. Now what? How can we insure that our children are getting those important nutrients need for their growing bodies and diets?

Recently, I discovered PediaSure Sidekicks. Each shake is a source of 7g protein, 3g fiber, and 25 essential vitamins and minerals for kids who are growing fine but missing key nutrients. Available in three different flavors, They’re also gluten-free, kosher, and suitable for kids with lactose intolerance.
I was planning on adding the Vanilla Pediasure Sidekicks to one of their meals. A delicious smoothie is often the simplest way to get both kids and adults to consume needed vitamins and nutrients. I was surprised to noticed how excited they were to try the PediaSure Sidekicks vanilla shake that I didn't even have to sneak into one of their meals.

They both loved the taste of the PediSure Sidekicks. The 6-pack I had purchased lasted about 3 days because they enjoyed it.

If you're still looking for ways to sneak in some healthy nutrition into their meals, there are a few different ways you can substitute a PediaSure Sidekicks as a stand in for milk.

Try the delicious smoothie below for a sweet tasting treat.
