  • Wear a wide brimmed hat to help protect your head, face, ears and neck.  
  • Sunglasses will help protect your eyes and the sensitive skin around your eyes.
  • Wear lightweight and light colored clothing to avoid direct sun exposure.
  • Don't forget to reapply your sunscreen!
