Baked Monterey Cheesy Chicken Fiesta. Quick and easy!

Did you know Knorr Sides can be your dinner solution at Family Dollar?

Knorr and Family Dollar understand your daily dinner dilemma. Around 4 p.m. "What’s for dinner?” is the question on everyone’s mind. Recently, I went to Family Dollar and took advantage of the Buy 3 Knorr Sides, Get One Free offer and stocked up for the week ahead. Thanks to the offer, I was able to quickly whip up some affordable meals for the entire family all around $1 per serving*. All I added were a few extra ingredients and made an easy and inexpensive dinner the whole family loved.

I took this Cheesy Chicken Fiesta from Knorr and turned it into a Baked Cheesy Chicken Fiesta with a few easy steps.

You'll need the same ingredient's:
1 package Knorr Rice Sides - Chicken flavor
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (4 oz) green chiles
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken, breast or tenders
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
  1. Prepare Knorr Rice Side according to package directions. Add corn, black beans and green chiles half way into cook time.
  2. Prepare chicken in skillet over medium-high heat and cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Add rice mixture to baking dish, lay chicken over rice, top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
