This past month I attended SoFabCon 2014 as a VIP Kraft blogger! This year was Social Fabrics' 2nd conference and it sure didn't disappoint. SoFabCon is a conference where Collective Bias’ Social Fabric community members have the opportunity to meet people they've worked closely with, experience a great time and learn from each other.

SoFabCon is not only a great learning experience for new and veteran bloggers but it's also a time to celebrate yours and other members of the community successes within the blogging profession. There many great sessions to learn from and fun events to attend and take part in that you'll be sad to leave but happy you came.

The other week I talked about how I wanted to redecorate my patio to include a space for me. The kid's have taken over our outdoor living space with their toys, water table and picnic table and I wanted a spot for myself. Since space on the patio is limited and I wanted to create something that both the kid's and I can enjoy, I went looking on the Pier 1 Imports Pinterest Boards for some fun inspiration!

Do you have a favorite dipping sauce? I know many of us like to dip our favorite foods in our favorite sauces and dips. Finger foods and dipping sauces are a great option to serve at kid's parties, playdates or as an after school snack. No need to stick to the same usual and sometimes boring dips we often present with our favorite snacks. Serving up a variety of dipping options or something new can be a great way to spice things up!

I've been wanting to redecorate or update my patio recently because I would love to spend more time out there. With the beautiful weather we've had, I would love to just sit back on my balcony and enjoy it with a glass of fresh lemonade and a book.

I went on Pinterest looking for inspiration as I always do for almost everything, looking for some ideas to decorate my small outdoor living space. I wanted to turn my boring patio into a colorful, fun and relaxing outdoor oasis like the photo above; it's bright, inviting and comfortable.

She has created several looks like Foxy Feline, Freshfaced Glamorous and Bronze Beauty to help women look their best when suffering from allergy symptoms such as puffy eyes and a red nose. As someone who suffers from seasonal allergies, I have taken to her awesome beauty tips to help mask the look of ALLERGY FACE.

Potty training our children isn't something most parents look forward to. For some it can be a very simple process and for others it can be a long journey. Here are a few of my potty training tips and tricks for when it's time to #SayAdiosToDiapers!

National Learn to Swim Day is held annually to increase awareness about the importance of learning to swim. With spring in full effect and Memorial Day weekend around the corner, parents and caretakers nationwide are beginning to gear up for summer fun. So, now is the time to remind you about children’s swimming safety. It's Mother's Day weekend and most of us take time to express and show how much we love and appreciate the mom's in our lives. There are so many amazing mom's out there in the world and they deserve to be recognized, not only on Mother's Day but every day of the year. I do enjoy celebrating Mother's day as a mom, a daughter and as a friend to so many great mom's. We all appreciate the gifts and sweet gestures but as mom's it feels like Mother's day every day. We don't need a gifts or cards to tell us how much we are loved and appreciated. I know I'm loved and appreciated my family every time I see my kid's smile or when they say "I love you" or "Thanks Mom!"

Cheeseburgers are one of my all-time favorite foods. In my opinion, Cheeseburgers should have their own food group. One of the best things about a cheeseburger is that you can be creative and create the perfect cheeseburger just for you. During the warmer weather days, a burger is a must have item on the menu for outdoor food gatherings. If you love burgers than you don't wait until summer BBQ's to enjoy a good cheeseburger because you enjoy them year round.

As parent's we love to capture the lives of our children on film. If you're anything like me, you have a ton of videos and photos scattered about on different hard drives, cell phones and online. We love and cherish every photograph and video of our kids, they help us remember those special moments in the past and give us something to look forward to in the future. Because those moments captured on film are so important to us, we all have computers, disk and phones we hold onto because they hold something of value. Those moments you've captured are a huge part of the most important story we as parents will ever tell.

Last week I got to have a #SayAdiosToDiapers luncheon with several San Antonio Latina mom bloggers and Jeanette Kaplun from Miami, FL. We sat around the lunch table and discussed are lives as mom's and shared potty training tips and stories. As the conversation about potty training our children continued on, I quickly realized that I wasn't alone in my concerns, fears and stresses about potty training, even if this will be my second time around. I'm a mom with potty training experience but I still have questions and concerns about potty training my son. Even though I've been on this journey before, I'm fully aware that every child is different and the process of potty training can vary from child to child.
